This year, the Naturally Good Expo has invited Professor Lindsay Brown, from the University of Southern Queensland, to talk about his research on T3 (Tocotrienols). Prof Brown suggests that T3 (tocotrienols) protect the heart and liver, and improve plasma glucose and lipid profiles with minimal changes in abdominal obesity. T3 (Tocotrienols) could be the complementary dietary strategy in reducing risks of obesity-related diseases such as metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular and liver damages. Many practitioners whom attended the seminar were impressed with Prof Brown research findings.
